- In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin and seasoned salt. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with chips.

- 1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Set aside.
- 2. In another bowl, combine sour cream, lemon and lime juice, cumin and season salt. Whisk together well; pour over ingredients in first bowl.
- 3. Serve immediately w/tortilla chips or pita chips. I put mine in the fridge to chill, covered with plastic wrap. It's possible it will separate a bit from that but just stir it up and serve.

- 1. After peeling, seeding, and chopping cucumber, I would recommend draining some of the excess water/fluid from the cucumbers by placing the chopped cucumbers in a colander.
