CRESCENT ROLL CHICKEN POCKETS

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can mushrooms, drained
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Minced onions
Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup bread crumbs
1 pkg refrigerated crescent roll

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut up cooked chicken into small cubes. Add cream cheese, chicken, mushrooms, and all spices together. Stir until well mixed. In separate bowls add melted butter to 1, and bread crumbs to the other.
  • Take 2 crescent roll pieces and pinch together to form a rectangle. Place a scoop of chicken mixture on the rolls, fold corners up pinch creases together to seal. Dip top of pocket into melted butter then into bread crumbs. Place bare side down on ungreased baking sheet or pan. Repeat with remaining crescent rolls and chicken.
  • Bake for 10-12 min or until golden brown.

Easy Easy to make and simply delicious! (I actually had a little extra filling left over iam just saving for next time because i will be making these often hope you enjoy!

1 - 8 ounce(s) cream cheese softened
1/4 cup(s) can rotel (no juice)
- salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoon(s) milk
2 1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken diced
2 can(s) crescent rolls
3 tablespoon(s) melted butter
1/2 cup(s) italian or plain bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Mix together cream cheese,rotel,salt&pepper and milk till blended and smooth add chicken unfold two crecent rolls and overlap slightly pressing seams together spread out slightly not to thin repeat with remaining dough divide chicken mixture evenly fold over and pinch edges together brush butter over each crescent roll sprinkle with bread crumbs bake at 350 for 20 mins note:I wanted to use italian seasoned bread crumbs but only had plain on hand so i sprinkled alittle good season italian dressing mix the little packages, in the bread crumbs worked great I served with broc&cheese (FOR ANYONE MAY NOT KNOW ROTEL IS DICED TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILIES IN IT THE CAN USUALLY IS A 10.oz CAN HOPE THIS HELP
