Number Of Ingredients 9

6 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
2 tablespoons minced chives
2 tablespoon whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup crushed seasoned stuffing

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, chives, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in chicken., Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into eight rectangles; press perforations together. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Bring edges up to the center and pinch to seal. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with crushed stuffing, lightly pressing down., Transfer to ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Freeze unbaked bundles on baking sheets until firm; transfer to a freezer container. May be frozen up to 2 months. To use, thaw in refrigerator. Bake as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through.

2 can(s) ( 8 oz) crescent rolls
3 c cheddar cheese, divided
1 can(s) (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) ( 10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 c green onions, sliced, reserve 1/2 cup for the sauce
3 oz cooked ham, chopped small
3 - 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped small
1 1/2 c milk
1 ( 8 oz) cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper to taste
1 box chicken stove top stuffing, ( optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Gather ingredients: Preheat oven to 350 degree Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan, set aside
  • 2. Cook chicken in water, drain, chop medium pieces. Chop ham into medium pieces. In a medium bowl; add chicken, ham, cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup green onions till well blended. set aside, and make sauce
  • 3. Sauce: Sauce: In medium saucepan; mix soups, 2 cups cheese, 1/2 cup green onions, salt, pepper, and 2 cups milk until cheese melts. Set aside.
  • 4. Assemble the bundles: Unroll the cans of crescent rolls. I cut each roll into 4 equal portions with a sharp knife. With your fingers; spread each portion into individual squares, large enough to hold 2 tablespoons of filling. You should have 8.
  • 5. Now, fill each square with 2 heaping tablespoon fulls of chicken mixture; bring each of the 4 corners to meet and the top and squeeze closed.
  • 6. Ladle some of the sauce into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish; place the bundles in the dish.
  • 7. I made a box of stove top stuffing, made balls, and placed them where I had room. ( optional)..ladel the sauce over the bundles. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 45 minutes or until golden brown, or cooked through. You will probably have leftover sauce, we use it as a gravy for my sour cream, chive, mashed potatoes..is so good.
  • 8. Enjoy!!

For the kids, just use individual crescents and roll them up with the mixture inside. Kids love to pick them up and eat them like a little...

4 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
2 c cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces (great with rotisserie chicken)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp parsley
2 Tbsp green bell pepper, diced (optional)
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (8)

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
  • 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except crescent rolls) until well blended. Then add cream cheese mixture and stir all together. (Here's where you can add other things, canned carrots, peas, chopped pimentos, chopped broccoli, olives...let your imagination go wild! )
  • 3. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  • 4. Unroll crescents and using two crescent rolls at a time (to form a rectangle). Press perforations together to seal.
  • 5. Fill with chicken mixture and pull the 4 corners to the middle, twist together to seal.
  • 6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, paprika, parmesan or chopped parsley, if desired. (So many choices!)
  • 7. Bake at 350'F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 Tbsp butter, softened
2-3 c pre cooked chicken breast (skinless & boneless)
2 1/2 Tbsp milk
1/2 small onion, chopped finely
salt and pepper
8 oz pkg of crescent rolls

Steps:

  • 1. pre-heat oven to 350. In a bowl blend softened cream cheese and butter til smooth. Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and chicken. Mix well.
  • 2. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
  • 3. Place 1/4 mixture into center of of dough and pull up all 4 corners. Twist to seal.
  • 4. Brush tops w/ melted butter. Bake on cookie sheet sprayed w/ non-stick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes til golden brown. ***Recipe can easily be doubled***

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 medium sweet onion
12 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Salt & pepper
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1/2 stick Parkay margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Boil chicken breasts until done on stovetop. When done, remove chicken from broth (reserving broth for another use) and chop chicken into small chunks. Set aside. Chop onion until fine. Add to the chicken. Stir in the cream cheese until chicken is well coated. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Unwrap crescent rolls. Pinch 2 rolls together at seams to make rectangle. Drop spoonfuls of chicken mixture onto rolls. Fold corners together making a bun shape bundle. Turn over placing sealed side down. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
