CREAMY ORIENTAL SALAD DRESSING SAM CHOY

Creamy Oriental Salad Dressing Sam Choy image

This salad dressing comes from Sam Choy, one of my favorite Hawaiian chefs along with Alan Wong and Roy Yamaguchi. The dressing is good just as it is, but you can also use this dressing as a jumping off place for improvising such as addition of garlic, hot pepper, etc. Ono good!

ORIENTAL SALAD DRESSING

Oriental Salad Dressing image

This is a dark, sweet and tangy dressing. Not so full of soy sauce that it takes over the other flavors. It's very similar to the one used on Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Salad dressing. This makes enough for 2 individual salads.
