  • Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 3 minutes. Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the juice and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours, or longer.

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add lemonade concentrate; beat 1 min. or until blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mixes in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved; set aside. Beat cream cheese and lemonade concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Add gelatin; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  • Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with berries and lemon slices just before serving, if desired. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Quartered fresh strawberries and fresh mint

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat., In a large bowl, add boiling water to lemon gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in unflavored gelatin mixture and limeade concentrate. Refrigerate until slightly thickened., In a bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until soft peaks form.
