1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
¼ cup salted butter
½ (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
½ cup minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
⅓ cup milk
⅓ cup water
½ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a large saucepan or deep skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes more. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir in soup, milk, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and stir until heated through. Serve over egg noodles.

1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup water
1 tablespoon paprika
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place the egg noodles in the pot, cook 6 to 8 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the turkey and onion in the skillet and cook until turkey is evenly brown and onion is tender. Mix in the bouillon.
  • Stir the cream of mushroom soup and water into the skillet. Cook and stir until heated through. Season with paprika and salt. Serve over the cooked egg noodles.

My husband and I came up with this on the spur of the moment. Wondering what to make for dinner with limited ingredients. Haha! It turned out so creamy & delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
3 mushrooms, chopped
1/4 lb butter
1/2-1 can(s) evaporated milk
3-4 Tbsp heaping, sour cream
1 Tbsp paprika
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
egg noodles, or pasta of choice

Steps:

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  • 2. In a medium saucepan, saute the onions & mushrooms in butter until golden browned.
  • 3. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey, season with salt & pepper, and chicken bouillon. Drain.
  • 4. To the mushrooms & onions, add the evaporated milk. Heat to a simmer.
  • 5. Remove mushroom sauce from the heat and add the sour cream. Stir until incorporated & creamy. (A whisk helps) ** You can add a little less evaporated milk & a little more sour cream to make it thicker.
  • 6. Stir in the Paprika. Add to ground Turkey.
  • 7. Serve over the Pasta. For garnish, top with a little chopped, fresh parsley if desired.

1 lb ground turkey
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 containers (6 oz each) Greek Fat Free plain yogurt

Steps:

  • Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, cook turkey, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is thoroughly cooked; drain.
