This vintage Creamy Jello Mold has a smooth and creamy texture, so delicious, and super easy using only a few pantry items. It can be made with Strawberry, raspberry, or cranberry Jello. Perfect for a Sunday brunch, Easter, or any time!

6 ounce package Strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
15 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup sour cream
whipped cream, for serving, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, completely dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Whisk in the cold water. Place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to cool to the touch.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
  • Thoroughly combine the sour cream mixture with the cooled gelatin.
  • Transfer to a nonstick Jello mold lightly coated with cooking spray; place in the refrigerator to set, about 5-6 hours.
  • Loosen Jello and invert onto a serving plate. Slice and enjoy with some whipped cream!

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
Fresh raspberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. In a small saucepan, combine half-and-half and sugar. Cook and stir just until mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat; stir into gelatin until dissolved. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in gelatin mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 45 minutes., In a small bowl, dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberries until blended. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer.   • Empty a 12-ounce bag of fresh or frozen cranberries into a saucepan and transfer 1/2 cup to a small bowl. Add 1 cup sugar, 1 strip orange or lemon zest and 2 tablespoons water to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the cranberries are soft, about 10 minutes. Increase the heat to medium and cook until the cranberries burst, about 12 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the reserved cranberries. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
  • Heat 1/2 cup cranberry juice over low heat, then stir in a 1/4-ounce packet gelatin. Puree cooled cranberry sauce with another 1/2 cup cranberry juice, then add the gelatin mixture. Pour into a mold or empty soup cans and refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream.

2 cups boiling cranberry juice
1-1/2 cups club soda, chilled
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup each fresh blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries
Lettuce leaves
Additional mixed fresh berries, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling cranberry juice. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in club soda and lemon juice; refrigerate for 45 minutes or until partially set. , Fold in berries. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Unmold onto a lettuce-lined platter; fill center with additional berries if desired.
