Perfect for a crowd, this no-bake dessert layers chocolate graham crackers with a rich cream cheese, chocolate pudding and whipped topping filling.

15 chocolate graham crackers, broken in half (30 squares)
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups milk
3 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • Place 15 graham squares on bottom of 13x9-inch pan, cutting as necessary to fit.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup milk until well blended. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed 2 min. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spread half the pudding mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; top with remaining graham squares and pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with raspberries just before serving.

Crust and Topping
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
pinch salt
1 cup walnuts
Filling
2 cups chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • For the crust and topping, mix together butter,sugar, flour and salt until well blended. Measure out 1 cup and put in small bowl. Place the rest in a 9x13 pan and pat out until evenly smooth. Bake at 350 until lightly brown, about 20 minutes. Add the walnuts to the reserved crust mixture for the topping. For the filling, place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir mixture until smooth and then add vanilla. Pour filling over the hot crust. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until topping is a golden brown. Cut into bars.

8 medium sized butter cookies or chocolate chip cookies
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
CHOCOLATE LAYERS:
2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, about 15 ounces
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • heat oven to 325°F. Crush cookies until finely ground. Add butter and mix. Press crumb mixture into bottom of 8x8 baking pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Melt chocolate.
