CREAMY BAKED FISH FILLETS
While going through my recipes I updated a favorite one by adding the mashed egg and Old Bay Seasoning. We absolutely love it! Nice to serve for company who enjoy fish. Make some cornbread and serve with corn on the cob along with fresh garden string beans and a healthy salad! Hope you enjoy this as much as we do here.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, mashed egg, salt and pepper, chopped tomato and onion. If using hot pepper sauce, add it now.
- 2. Mix well with a whisk to blend flavors together. This can be made earlier and kept in refrigerator. I often do this.
- 3. Grease a very large baking dish. Place fillets in a single layer.
- 4. Spoon cream mixture over fillets. Sprinkle with paprika and Old Bay seasoning.
- 5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
