8 ounces cream cheese (can also use low-fat or tofu cream-cheese for a )
6 ounces canned fancy lump crab (drain and reserve liquid)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Microwave cream cheese 2 min until soft. Stir in crab, onions, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp of crab liquid, and hot pepper sauce to taste.
  • Microwave until piping hot. Serve warm with crackers.
  • Enjoy!

1 lb shelled cooked crab, drained and cartilage picked out
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 teaspoon sugar
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
16 medium butter lettuce leaves (about 2 heads)
1 avocado, cut into 16 thin slices
2 teaspoons prepared seafood cocktail sauce
1 lemon, sliced into small wedges

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, parsley, onion and sugar until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste, then chill until ready to serve.
  • Arrange lettuce on a large platter. Place about 2 tablespoons crab mixture onto center of each leaf. Top each with a slice of avocado, about 1/8 teaspoon cocktail sauce, a lemon wedge, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Make ahead: Prepare through step 1 and chill, covered, up to 1 day.

8 ounces Cream Cheese, (softened)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Pinch Salt/Pepper, (to taste)
2 Celery Stalks, (finely chopped)
1/2 Orange or Red Bell Pepper, (seeds removed, finely chopped)
Handful Fresh Parsley, (chopped)
16 ounces Lump Crab Meat, (drained completely)

Steps:

  • Prepare and chop all ingredients.
  • Using hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, horseradish, garlic, salt and pepper until creamy and free of lumps.
  • Stir in celery, bell pepper and parsley. Gently fold in crab meat.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 chopped green onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:
