CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD
This is an old family recipe. I don't know where it came from originally. I am made to bring this salad every Thanksgiving, my sister says it's not really Thanksgiving without it! It does sit overnight to mellow the cranberries, but the prep is quick.

HOLIDAY CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD
This is lovely to serve on the holiday table along side of a turkey or a ham...and it is so easy to make...if desired, you could add some seedless red grapes to the salad if desired...this recipe is enough for four people, so double or triple if you are having alot of guests for dinner.

PEAR, CRANBERRY AND STILTON WALDORF SALAD
This is an adaptation of one of Emeril's Waldorf Salad recipes. The key to making it delicious is using very hearty, crunch lettuce. Softer lettuce turns to mush with the mayo dressing. You can sub any bleu cheese for the Stilton. It makes a great healthy lunch or a nice side to a beef or pork dish.

HONEYED CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD
A touch of honey gives this simple salad a bit of sweetness while chopped apple and celery provide crunch. Best of all, it takes mere minutes to toss together for a quick lunch or side dish.-Barbara McFeters, Aurora, Oregon
