Steps:
- 1. Toast the pine nuts. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil and roast in a toaster oven or regular oven at 300 F for about 2 minutes, just until nicely golden brown. Remove.
- 2. Place toasted pine nuts and all other ingredients into a food processor. Process until mostly smooth.
- 3. Place in a pretty serving dish. Serve immediately or refrigerate (which will thicken spread somewhat).
- 4. Serve with crackers, Triscuits, slices of cocktail bread, Melba toast, or cut up veggies of your choice.

Steps:
- Spray metal blade of processor with nonstick spray. Add dried cranberries to processor and coarsely chop. Add nonfat cream cheese, goat cheese, nonfat yogurt and 2 teaspoons honey; process until well blended. Taste and add 1 teaspoon honey, if desired. Transfer spread to bowl. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
