This has been a cookie tradition for our family ever since I can remember. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup of raspberry jam to my cranberry sauce.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c all purpose flour
1 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1 can(s) cranberry sauce, whole or jellied

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. The Crust: Mix the first seven ingredients. Add the butter and mix until moistened. Reserve half of the crumb mixture. Press the remaining oat mixture into the bottom of an 11x7 baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
  • 3. Take the cranberry sauce and place on top of the crust; top with reserved crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and cut into bars. Or serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup Tropical Food's PB&J Mix®
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup (1 stick) butter
14 oz. can condensed milk
1 ¼ cups shredded coconut
½ cup cinnamon chips
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and pour into a 13x9 pan; spread for an even bottom coat. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs to coat pan and push with fingertips to make an even crust. Pour condensed milk over the crust layer and sprinkle coconut over it. Layer remaining ingredients in the following order: Tropical Food's PB&J Mix®, semi-sweet chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, and cranberries. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
