Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In 13x9-inch pan, melt butter in oven.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, sugar and milk until smooth. Pour batter evenly over butter in pan. In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and applesauce; spoon evenly over batter. Place apple slices on sauce mixture.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream.

- In bread machine pan, place the first 10 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Just before final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add cranberries. , When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Roll or pat to 1/2-in. thickness. Cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter. Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 40 minutes. , Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. For glaze, combine confectioners' sugar and enough orange juice to achieve a glaze consistency. Drizzle over warm biscuits. Sprinkle with chopped cranberries if desired.

INDIVIDUAL ORANGE CRANBERRY BISCUITS
An apple a day may or may not keep the doctor away, but apples do add wonderful flavor, moisture, and sweetness to these delicious pancakes. Try them topped with homemade applesauce.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- 2. Combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- 3. Place the yogurt, orange juice, brown sugar, orange zest, and vanilla into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 20 seconds.
- 4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and fold in the cranberries.
- 5. On a floured surface, pat the dough into a 9-inch (23-cm) round about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) thick. Cut into 12 wedges.
- 6. Place the wedges on the baking sheet and brush the tops with the milk. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
- 7. Remove from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
