1 lb ground turkey
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp minced garlic
3 stalk(s) green onions
16 oz marketside® tri color cole slaw mix
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp splenda® artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground turkey, drain, remove from pan and set aside.
  • 2. Heat up sesame oil and sauté garlic, onions, and slaw in sesame oil until cabbage cooked to desired tenderness.
  • 3. Stir in the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, Splenda packet, ginger and vinegar.
  • 4. Add brown ground turkey back in. Mix well and serve!

DRESSING:
1 bag (14 ounce) cole slaw mix or just shy of 400 grams of shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed
5 scallions, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 package ramen noodles, minus the flavor packs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar.. i would not add all of that at once.. try half then add to taste.. when it's too sweet it's not as crack-like
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps:

  • Throw the sesame, almonds, crunched up ramen noodles and into a pan with butter. Cook till golden and then let cool. Add mixture and scallions to coleslaw ... dress and get cracked out.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pound Lean ground beef/turkey/chicken
4 cloves Minced garlic
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
6-7 cups Cole Slaw Mix
2 tablespoons Siracha
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons White Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 teaspoons Chopped green onion

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, fry the ground beef until cooked and no longer pink. Drain and return to the stove.
  • Push the ground beef to the side and add the sesame seed oil in the space. Add in the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes, then mix into the ground beef.
  • Add in the coleslaw mix. Drizzle with sriracha, soy sauce and sprinkle with the sugar, salt and pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is wilted to your liking.
  • Plate, then sprinkle with the toasted sesame seed and green onions.
