CRAB SWISS BITES
These hot appetizer bites are delicious and easy to make. Rolls are separated into pieces, topped with a crabmeat and Swiss cheese mixture, and sprinkled with water chestnuts. They're a definite crowd pleaser!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together crabmeat, green onion, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Separate dinner rolls into 3 pieces each. Spoon equal portions of the crabmeat mixture onto the roll pieces. Top with water chestnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix crab meat, onions, swiss cheese, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and chopped water chestnuts in a bowl. Separate the flaky bisquits into 1/4 inch layers on a greased baking sheet.
- 2. Put a tablespon of the crab meat mixture on each biscuit. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
CURRIED SWISS-CRAB BITES
Guests will gobble up these golden biscuits topped with a cheesy crab mixture. You can make the filling ahead of time to cut down on last-minute fuss.

- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the crab, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and curry. , Remove biscuits to a wire rack. Split each biscuit in half horizontally; spread with crab mixture. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
