CRAB BALLS
These baked crab balls are super easy to make, and are a fun dish to make. The recipe is fun because it could be enjoyed as an appetizer or a light dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Place crab meat in a mixing bowl and pick out any stray shell fragments.
- 2. Add crushed crackers, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley to the crab.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth.
- 4. Pour egg mixture over the crab meat and crackers. Gently mix, careful not to break up large lumps of crab meat.
- 5. Mold into golfball-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 7. Drizzle with melted butter and allow to cool. Serve with saltine crackers. Enjoy delicious baked crab balls!
CRAB CAKE BITES
These appetizer bites are a mini way to enjoy crab cakes for your next gathering. Crab, fresh chives and spices are folded into bread crumbs, shaped and baked for the perfect bite. Serve with lemon-garlic sauce for dipping.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
- In medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, the egg, chives, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, seafood seasoning and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Fold in crabmeat and bread crumbs until well blended (mixture will be moist). Using measuring tablespoon, shape mixture into 36 (1 1/2-inch) balls. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and hot in center. Cool 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together Lemon-Garlic Sauce ingredients until blended. Serve bites with sauce and lemon wedges.

CRAB BALL APPETIZERS
I found this recipe in a book called "Great American Favorite Brand Name Cookbook" and I have not tried it yet, but I'm trying to get some stuff up here before I have to return the book. So if anyone tries it and has any comments, let me know. Hope you enjoy! (Prep time includes chill time).

Steps:
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT potato chips. Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
- Form mixture into 36 balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each. Roll in crushed chips; place on baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 425 degree oven, 10-12 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
- Serve with additional cocktail sauce for dipping.
