The Jamaicans have a ditty for this recipe that makes it very easy to remember: one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak.

- Mix all the ingredients in a jug or container. Taste and add some sugar if desired. Serve in glasses with ice and garnished with fresh fruit, if liked.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in large pot over medium heat. Stir in cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Add cranberries, almonds, and coconut flakes and stir to combine.
- Spread mixture on greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is crunchy and lightly browned. Transfer to a bowl when cooled and serve.
RUM PUNCH
Steps:
- Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the spiced rum and orange juice. Slowly pour in the grenadine so that it floats on top.

There's rum in this wonderful, sparkling cranberry punch with lemon and lime slices. With bright red, yellow and green colors, this punch makes an attractive accompaniment to your party's food.
