Steps:
- Mix cornstarch and sugar; add eggs and melted butter. Mix in the corn and evaporated milk; add vanilla extract. Pour into buttered casserole dish (13x9) and bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour. Shake lightly to see if it appears set. Serve hot (let stand 5-10 minutes) or cold.
