- Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Cut spaghetti noodles in half and add to boiling water until done.
- Over medium heat empty can of corned beef onto a skillet. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Stir until heated; corned beef will come apart and a thick sauce will form. If desired, add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dry onion, or any other spices.
- Once noodles are done, drain and combine with corned beef sauce.

- Preheat oven to 270 degrees F (132 degrees C).
- Rinse corned beef in running water to remove about 1/2 of the salt and trim away any fat. Place corned beef in a baking dish and spread a 1/4-inch layer brown sugar over beef. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (65 degrees C) is reached, about 2 hours.

A twist on the standard pasta/ground beef casserole. A few surprising ingredients come together for a delicious and easy casserole! This is my own version of a recipe that I first saw at one of those places where you prepare 12 meals in an hour and freeze them.

Steps:
- Combine the spaghetti sauce, garlic, and browned ground beef in one bowl.
- Combine the cooked pasta, corn, sour cream, and cottage cheese in another bowl. You can play with the proportions of these, adding more or less sour cream and cottage cheese, more corn, etc.
- Layer 1/3 of the pasta mixture in a glass baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the meat mixture on top of that, then 1/2 of the pasta, then finish with the rest of the meat and the rest of the pasta.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
