1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Orange segments, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk, orange juice from concentrate and orange zest. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Just before serving, garnish with oranges if desired.

⅔ cup boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
½ cup cold water
½ cup ice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

Steps:

  • In large bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to measure 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
  • Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon filling into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with sliced strawberries before serving.

1 (3 ounce) package fat free sugar-free gelatin mix, any flavor
ice cube
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free, thawed, divided
1 (6 ounce) reduced fat graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in a large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  • Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Add 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
  • Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Top with remaining topping just brfore serving.
  • Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
  • Garnish pie with cut-up fruit of your choice.
