Cool and easy does it in this creamy, no-bake pie made with COOL WHIP, lime-flavored JELL-O and a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.

2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 tsp. lime zest, finely chopped
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in zest.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

1/2 cup key lime juice
12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
2 graham cracker pre-baked pie shells

Steps:

  • BLEND milk & cream cheese until smooth. Add lime juice & mix thoroughly. Add thawed Kraft Cool Whip & fold in-gently.
  • POUR into pie shells, garnish with grated lime rind.
  • REFRIGERATE 6 hours before serving.

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces limeade concentrate
4 drops green food coloring, optional
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
Mandarin oranges and chopped pistachios, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in limeade and food coloring if desired. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with kiwi, remaining whipped topping, oranges and pistachios if desired.

It took some experimenting, but I've finally come up with the perfect lime pie ... refreshing and easy. The pretzel crust adds an extra special touch and every time I serve it, I get rave reviews! When ready to serve, garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped topping and a lime slice.

1 ¼ cups crushed pretzels
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 drops green food coloring

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • To Make Crust: In a medium bowl, combine pretzels, sugar and butter. Press into a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • To Make Filling: In a large bowl, combine limeade and condensed milk. Whisk in pudding mix. Allow mixture to set for 5 minutes. Stir in lime peel, then fold in whipped topping. Stir in green food coloring if desired.
  • Pour mixture into cooled pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

My family loves key lime pie. I make them for our home and have some desserts after dinner. It is so easy and simple to make a key lime pie and it is so delicious and tasty.

1 (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 ounces) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 tsp key lime juice
2 drops of green food coloring
8 oz whipped topping
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and limeade concentrate in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set at low speed until mixed. Add Key lime juice and green food coloring to sweetened condensed milk mixture and beat well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

I personally am not a fan of Graham Crackers so I use Nilla Wafer Crust or Shortbread Cookie Crust. Any variety works just fine.

2/3 cup(s) key lime juice
2 drops - green food coloring
3 large egg yolks

1 can(s) fat free whipped topping (optional)

Steps:

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix the condensed milk, egg yolks, food coloring and lime juice until well blended and color is not streaked.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the pie from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before cutting and serving. Upon serving garnish with lime slice(s) or whipped topping.

5 limes
one can fat-free sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
one ready to use graham cracker crust, 6 ounces
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
lime peel slivers, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. from lime, finely grate 4 teaspoons peel and squeeze two third cup juice.
  • 2. In large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lime peel, and lime juice until blended. Whisk ice cream into condensed milk mixture until evenly blended. Mixture will be the consistency of sour cream.
  • 3. Pour ice cream mixture into crust. Freeze at least six hours or until firm. If not serving pie the same day, wrap and freeze up to one week.
  • 4. To serve, let pie stand at room temperature to soften slightly for easier slicing, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile in a small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Top each serving of pie with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with lime peel slivers. Makes 10 servings.
