1 ounce hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico
1 ounce coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce heavy cream
2 teaspoons chocolate shavings, for garnish

Steps:

  • To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the hazelnut liqueur, coffee liqueur, vodka and cream. Shake vigorously for 1 minute, then strain into 4 digestif glasses. Top with chocolate shavings.

2 tablespoons coarse sugar
1 teaspoon finely ground coffee
Ice cubes
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1-1/2 ounces Kahlua
1-1/2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
Chocolate syrup, optional

Steps:

  • Sprinkle sugar and coffee on a plate. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with water; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar mixture. , Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add the vodka, Kahlua and liqueur; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass. , Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of prepared martini glass if desired. Strain vodka mixture into glass; serve immediately.

6 ounces stolichnaya coffee-infused vodka, kept in freezer
1 ounce Kahlua
6 coffee beans
1 ounce espresso (chilled)

Steps:

  • Pour your vodka into a shaker 1/2 full with cracked ice and shake a few times. (You can make ice with caffeinated water if you like).
  • Pour in Kahlua and stir gently to mix and while stirring slowly pour in your espresso.
  • Strain into two frozen martini glasses.
  • Add three coffee beans to each glass for garnish.
  • Serve.

2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ cup boiling water
¼ cup water
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup ice
4 oz vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa®
1 oz simple syrup

Steps:

  • Make the dalgona coffee: In a large bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water. Whisk or beat with an electric hand mixer until the mixture increases in volume and medium to stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature before using, about 30 minutes. Leftover syrup will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Make the coffee martini: In a cocktail shaker or resealable jar, combine the ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup and shake for 30 seconds, until well combined and cold.
  • Strain the cocktail between 2 martini glasses. Dollop the dalgona coffee on top of the cocktail and spread evenly to the edges of the glass.
  • Stir the dalgona coffee into the cocktail before drinking.
  • Enjoy!
