CREAMY COCONUT FRUIT DIP
I got this recipe from my local grocer's. They were giving samples of the dip. It was very simple and good so I asked for it. I have made it several times since. It has been a super hit.

Steps:
- 1. Mix cream cheese and cool whip in large with wire whisk until well blended. Add Coco Real Cream of Coconut. Stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit slices or graham Crackers.

- 1. Whip cream cheese with the cream of coconut in a stand mixer until all the lumps are gone.
- 2. Removed bowl from mixer and fold in cool whip.
- 3. Serve with fruit or graham crackers.

(you can use yogurt or fat free sour cream instead of reg. sour cream) The coconut flavor with your favorite fruit is very refreshing.. just sit back, enjoy and pretend you're on a tropical island! ;-)

- 1. Mix sour cream (can use unflavored yogurt if you prefer) and can of cream de coconut. Use a whisk or electric mixer.
- 2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or until it is firm)
- 3. Cut fruit (watermelon, honeydew, strawberries, grapes etc) into pieces (or a fun way.. make a skewer) and sit back and enjoy!!
