CLERICO

Clerico image

Say hello to your new summer sip: clerico -- South America's version of sangria. The refreshing cocktail is made from a mix of white wine and fruits. Present this party-pleaser in a glass pitcher, or pour it into lidded jars to bring on a picnic.

CLERICó (URUGUAYAN WINE AND FRUIT DRINK)

Clericó (Uruguayan Wine and Fruit Drink) image

Clericó a popular fruity punch consumed in vast measures, much like sangria, during the summer months on the breezy coast of Uruguay. The calories from the wine don't count because of all the healthy fruit! I didn't include the time for the drink to sit and "marinate"! Enjoy!
