- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Stir the soup, milk, peas, pimientos, if desired, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tuna mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread crumb mixture is golden brown.

- In a large bowl, combine the soup, water, milk, mustard, and pepper until blended. In a nonstick skillet, celery and onions in oil until celery is tender. - 1. Cook Noodles to 90 seconds short of package directions. Drain and set aside. In the same pot, saute celery, onion and mushrooms in 2TBSP butter over medium high heat stirring frequently for 5-7 minutes or until onion is translucent.
- 2. Stir in soup, milk, tuna, peas, pimento and noodles. Turn into a greased 9x15 casserole. If you like it soupier...just add a second can of soup.
- 3. Melt 4 TBSP butter in a small bowl in a microwave, then stir in the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake @350 for 30 minutes until hot and golden.

- Cook noodles according to package instructions, adding peas and carrots during the last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain in colander.
