Steps:
- In small bowl, mix Chavrie®, chives, parsley and basil. Rub all surfaces of steaks with garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat or broil 4 to 6 inches from heat to desired doneness. Spoon herbed Chavrie® sauce over steaks.
- * To make chiffonade, stack basil leaves and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into thin slices.

You won't need ketchup or mustard! This savory blend of spices will be enough for any person. This may even make you forget you're eating ground beef. Serve with a light gravy, garlic mashed potato and veg of your choice. I like Italian green beans.

Steps:
- Place ground beef into a large bowl and break into smaller pieces. Cover with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, mustard, paprika, and dill weed; knead thoroughly. Knead in onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in crackers until thoroughly incorporated.
- Shape beef mixture into 5-ounce, 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill patties until an instant-read thermometer into the center reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Steps:
- Form 4 patties of about 3 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick. Do not handle the meat more than necessary or the texture will be ruined.
- Blend the chili powder, pepper and salt together. Sprinkle mixture over each side of the patties.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet. Place meat in skillet and grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side over high heat, depending on the desired degree of doneness.
- Preheat broiler.
- Transfer patties to a warm serving plate. Place 1 ounce of cheese on the center of each pattie and place under broiler for about 30 seconds. Top with chives and serve immediately.
