1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a small bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix condensed milk, and margarine until smooth.
  • Add graham cracker mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate morsels.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Store loosely covered at room temperature.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces (approx. 10 oz. large)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until creamy (3-5 mins.). Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in semi-sweet baking pieces and pecans.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for about 10-12 mins or until done.
  • Cool completely.

2 1/2 cup(s) bisquick baking mix
14 ounce(s) can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine ,melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
3/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
1 cup(s) chocolate chips
- powdered sugar,optional
1 bag(s) candy coated egg shaped chocolate ( easter peanut m & m's or other)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350^. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sweetened condensed milk,butter, egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; mixing well. Let batter sit for about 10 minutes before you drop by rounded spoonfuls (into powdered sugar and roll until coated(this is optional), place 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place desired amount of colorful candies on top of each cookie, press in slightly.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are slightly crusted- do not over-bake. Cool on wire rack or paper bags. Cool...I think you and your family will like these...not real sweet.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
