Steps:
- Beat cream in a glass or metal bowl using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: whipped cream will form sharp peaks. Add pudding mix and beat until fully incorporated and firm. Stir in Irish cream liqueur and coffee-flavored liqueur. Spoon pudding mixture into 24 2-ounce cups. Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze until set, at least 30 minutes.

- Pour chocolate pudding mix into a bowl. Add 1 cup milk and mix using a wire whisk until well combined. Stir in Irish cream liqueur. Fold in 4 ounces of whipped topping and mix well. Fill plastic shot cups halfway with chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate pudding is set.
- Pour strawberry pudding mix into a bowl. Add remaining 1 cup milk and mix using a wire whisk until well combined. Stir in strawberries and cream liqueur. Fold in remaining 4 ounces of whipped topping and mix well. Spoon strawberry pudding mixture over chocolate pudding in the shot glasses, filling nearly to the top.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until pudding is set. Sprinkle set pudding shots with chocolate shavings.

JELLO SHOTS: CHOCOLATE FUDGE RUM CHATA PUDDING
I tried these last night at a Christmas party and just HAD to get the recipe before I left. Super easy and oh so delicious! They taste just like chocolate mousse. I'm not exactly sure how many shots this makes, it all depends on the size of plastic shot glasses/containers used. I'm making a batch tonight, just for fun, but I'm going to fill parfait glasses with it for a Christmas eve dessert (for the grown-ups). I will make it the same way for the kids, only a "virgin" alternative, replacing the booze with more milk. I hope you enjoy! *Note: If you've never heard of "Rum Chata", just google it. It's a rum liqueur. (The stupid ingredient list keeps posting it incorrectly). I've drank "Rum Chata", before as a sipper, but I've also been told that it's great as an alternative to creamer in your morning coffee for a quick "hang-over" cure.

Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat with a wire whisk or electric blender on low for 1 - 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to soft-set.
- Gently fold in whipped topping (that has been thawed in the fridge). Once fully incorporated, divide the mixture amongst plastic shot glasses, line them on a tray and place the tray in the freezer until ready to serve (they will not freeze solid because of the alcohol).

- Mix cin and chilli powder with pudding mix
- Mix milk and booze til blended
- Mix dry and wet ingredients til well blended
- Gently fold in the first tub of whipped topping til blended, then the second.
- tranfer the fluffy yummyness into a gallon zip-top baggie, or two for better handling
- snip the corner, and pipe into 1 or 2 oz disposible cups with lids
- With all lids in place, toss filled cups into another gallon baggie
- freeze til set, keep chilled

- Whisk Kahlua and Instant Pudding together until thick (1 to 2 minutes). Once it has thickened, add Rum and whisk until all lumps and clumps are gone. Once the mixture is nice and smooth again, whisk in Cool Whip. Fill almost ¾ of a 1 ounce plastic shot cup with the mixture then cover and place in the freezer. It does take several hours to set. For BEST results, I let them set overnight. Use little ice cream tester spoons when serving them.
