2/3 c corn syrup, dark
1/2 c whipping cream
8 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. Microwave corn syrup and whipping cream on high for 90 seconds or until it comes to a boil.
  • 2. Stir in chocolate until it's melted.
  • 3. Serve war as a dip for fruit or cookies.

1 pkg oz bakers simi sweet or
2 pkg bakers german sweet chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium saucepan stir corn surup and crean. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Add chocolate and stir until completely melted
  • 3. Serve warm as a dip wtth fruit.
