Number Of Ingredients 9

1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, cubed
1/3 cup 2% milk
2 sleeves butter-flavored crackers (about 80 crackers)
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the cracker crumbs, sugars, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 minutes longer., Place a single layer of crackers in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. dish; top with half of crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining crackers., In a small saucepan, combine the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour over crackers. Let stand until set.

Whenever I take an assortment of cookies and bars anywhere, these are always the first thing to disappear. 'Nuff said. (But I will just add - cut them small, they are rich!)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1 cup good semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
4 cups crispy rice cereal

Steps:

  • Melt the peanut butter and honey in a very large pot, stirring frequently.
  • When hot through, remove from the heat.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips until they melt.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Stir in the peanuts and rice crisps.
  • Press into an oiled 9"x 13" inch pan.
  • Chill and cut into squares.

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups Post Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
TOPPING
5 squares baker's Semi-Sweet baking Chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
ΒΌ cup Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Microwave brown sugar, corn syrup, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or just until melted, stirring after 1 min. Add cereal; mix to coat well. Press firmly into prepared pan. TOPPING MICROWAVE chocolate and 1/3 cup peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until melted, stirring after 1 min. Spread over cereal mixture in pan. Sprinkle with peanuts. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Cut into triangles. Store tightly covered in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve or up to 4 days.
