CHOCOLATE OH HENRY SQUARES
Very fast (top-of-the-stove) and scrumptious! You can freeze this (if you manage to not eat it all!) without the icing. I have been making this for years with great reviews!!

Steps:
- Line a 9x9 inch pan with whole crackers, trimming to fit. Set aside.
- Put butter, sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. When chips have melted, add the crumbs and nuts. Stir to mix. Pour over crackers in pan.
- Cover with whole graham crackers trimming to fit. Cool before frosting.
- Icing: beat ingredients together in small bowl, adjusting liquid as needed. Spread over squares. Cover and allow to stand a few hours before cutting so the crackers will soften. Cut into 36 squares.

SALTED TOFFEE-CHOCOLATE SQUARES
These crunchy sweet treats are delicious after school or dinner.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer on sheet, edges touching. Sprinkle toffee bits and almonds over graham crackers.
- In a small saucepan, bring sugar and butter to a boil over medium-high. Reduce heat and cook at a rapid simmer, swirling pan occasionally, until mixture is syrupy, 2 minutes. Immediately pour over graham crackers. Bake until sugar topping is bubbling, 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate and salt over graham crackers. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut into 2-inch squares. Let cool completely on sheet on a wire rack. (Store in an airtight container, up to 1 week.)

I TRIED THIS AT A AFTER HOLIDAY PARTY, AND I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET HOME AND MAKE IT FOR MYSELF...REASON IS I WAS TOO EMBARASSED TO SIT THERE AND EAT THE WHOLE THING....YOU TAKE ONE BITE AND YOU JUST KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT...WAIT AND SEE, YOU WILL BE AN ADDICT...OUT OF THIS WORLD...

Steps:
- 1. Line a 15x10 inch baking pan with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray..(I used butter) Place crackers on pan to cover bottom, DO NOT overlap. In a saucepan, melt butter, add the brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread until completely covered.
- 2. Bake at 350* for 5 minutes. (crackers will float). Remove from oven. Turn oven off. sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts, (or whatever nuts you like) over crackers. Return to oven until chocolate melts, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven. using a greased spatula press walnuts onto chocolate. Cut into 1" squares until warm...Cool completely and remove from Parchment/Foil...makes about 5 dozen
