Ingredients

1/2 cup chocolate milk, warmed
1/2 cup hot espresso
2 tablespoons instant malted milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla-flavored syrup
chocolate whipped cream, garnish
chocolate, shaved, for garnish

Steps:

In serving glass or mug, combine warmed chocolate milk, hot espresso, malted milk powder and syrup.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with chocolate whipped topping and shaved chocolate, if desired.
Serve immediately.

Before all those specialty coffee creamers came out; I found this recipe years ago. You can make it for yourself, or give it to someone as a gift. "Taste Good"!!! I'm not sure of prep. time.

Ingredients

2 cups instant powdered cocoa mix
2/3 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2/3 cup instant malted milk powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until well blended.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve: stir 2 heaping tsp into 8 oz hot coffee.
Yield: about 3 cup coffee creamer.
