1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold 2% milk, divided
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Beat in dry pudding mix and remaining milk. Fold in the marshmallows. Pour into the crust. Refrigerate until serving.

2-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly

Steps:

  • Microwave 2 cups marshmallows and 2 Tbsp. milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.; stir. (Marshmallows will not be completely melted.) Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled.
  • Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP with whisk until blended. Stir in remaining marshmallows. Spoon into crust.
  • Beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon over marshmallow mixture. Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 cup whipping cream,
1/4 cup chocolate or vanilla malted milk powder,
1 tsp.vanilla, 1/4 cup chopped pecans.

Steps:

  • In top of double boiler, combine marshmallows, chocolate pieces, milk, and salt. Cook over hot water, stirring occassionally, until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Remove from heat: Cool until slightly thickened. IN smal mixer bowl, combine whipping cream, malted milk powder and vanilla. Beat until very thick. Fold in chocolate marshmallow mixture. Spoon into baked pie shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans around edge of pie. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

2 pints chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 cup marshmallow creme
1/3 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Steps:

  • Spoon ice cream into crust. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours or until set. Remove from the freezer; spread with marshmallow creme. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with warm fudge topping.
