- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir cookie base and topping ingredients until soft dough forms. Shape 6 (1-inch) balls of dough. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls 2 inches apart; flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.
- Press remaining dough in pan. Bake cookies and base 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Reserve cookies for topping.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter uncovered on High 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and stirred smooth. Spread evenly over bars. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipping cream with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Spread over chocolate layer.
- Crush reserved cookies; sprinkle over cream cheese layer. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 325*F.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
- With one package of cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over the entire bottom of the pan. Spaces between cookie dough is ok and preferred. Lightly pat down. **To help from cookie dough sticking to fingers wet hands before handling.
- With Cream Cheese, Sugar, Vanilla and Eggs, lightly mix in mixer until creamy. Little chunks of cream cheese is ok. Pour mixture over cookie dough in pan. Spread out to fill all nooks and crankies with spatula.
- With remaining cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. As before spaces between cookie dough ok. Lightly pat down.
- Place in oven for 30-35 minutes until even light browning on top or tooth pick comes out clean in middle.
- Cut up into 15 large bars or 24 smaller ones. Eat and enjoy!

- Set oven to 375°.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, cream cheese and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until smooth, then set aside.

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cake mix, 1 egg and butter until well blended. The batter will be stiff. Crumble and press into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over, and press them into the crust slightly.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- To Make Crust: Combine 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter or margarine and 3/4 cup melted chocolate chips in large bowl. Mix well. Press into bottom of ungreased 11 x 7 inch pan. Top with 2 cups peanut butter chips
- To Make Filling: Beat 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter and 8 oz. cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Add 1 cup unbleached flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon rum. Blend well. Spread over peanut butter chips.
- Bake until edges are light brown and set, 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes.
- To Make Glaze: Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with1 tablespoon rum and 1 teaspoon water in small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Drizzle over filling while warm. Refrigerate 1 hour and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

- For the first layer, In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, chocolate, vanilla and blend well.
- Combine flour and baking powder, then stir into chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chopped pecans, then pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
- For the second layer, In another bowl cream together cream cheese and butter.
- Beat in sugar, egg, vanilla and flour until well blended, then fold in pecans and spread over first layer. Then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350' for about 20-25 minutes or until edges pull away from the pan.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 1-2 minutes longer or until they puff up. Remove from oven and if need be, spread out marshmallows so the layer is even (Work quickly!).
- Cool completely.
- Third Layer:.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, 2 oz. of cream cheese, milk and chocolate square.
- Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.
- When cooled slightly, Spread over bars and refrigerate until set. Then cut into squares and serve. Store in refrigerator.

- 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 3/4 cup butter and 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and peanuts. Press this into a buttered 9x13 pan Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

Bake 15 minutes In second bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed miklk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Spread evenly onto first layer, spread remaining crunch mixture on top with chopped nuts.
CHOCOLATE, CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE BARS
These are so good. You can use your favorite brownie mix. I used double chocolate chunk one time, and another time, just regular chocolate. They're so easy to make, but taste like they took a long time to make.
