Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Beat in the heavy cream and brandy. Combine the salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, stir into the cream cheese mixture along with the mini chips to form a smooth dough. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Chill for 5 minutes.
- Roll the chilled dough into balls and roll them in the chopped pecans to coat completely. Serve chilled.

This recipe is from Nestle. This is a fancy sounding recipe, that is quite easy. It doesn't actually have eggnog in it, just the flavor of eggnog. But, yummy!

- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, heavy cream, brandy extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; beat, until creamy. Stir in Nestle Toll House Little Bits semisweet chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Chill 5 minutes. Roll into balls. Coat completely with nuts. Makes 3 1/2 dozen balls.
