CHOCOLATE CHIP OAT COOKIES (MILLIONAIRE COOKIES)
This recipe was given to me by my aunt. This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever tried.

Steps:
- Cream together, butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, powdered oats, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix creamed, and dry ingredients, adding chocolate chips, melted chocolate bar, and nuts; mix well.
- Scoop out small (golf ball size or smaller) amounts of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until browned.

Steps:
- Cream butter with sugar until light.
- Blend flour almond extract and 1 cup Chipits, add to creamed butter mixture, blend well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Make an indentation of a wooden spoon or thumb.
- Bake at350F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on bottoms. Spoon jam into center of each cookie.
- Combine remaining Chipits with butter and water. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Blend until smooth. Spoon over jam on each cookie.

- Beat butter&brown sugar with fork until well blended.
- Stir in eggs.
- Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and oats.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Drop by tbsp onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 mins.
