It's so easy to whip up your very own Chinese hot mustard! Simple and uncomplicated, with no cooking needed. This can be diluted further with the addition of more water. White pepper is optional, but adds extra kick. Store remaining mustard in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- Mix powder and whole mustard seed with water.
- Let stand 10 minutes for heat and flavor to develop.
- Put in jar and seal the longer it set's the more flavor
- Try whole mustard seeds in barbecue sauce and rub's or marinades for grilling. The seeds become very soft , giving flavor and an attractive appearance.
