- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine cheeses, chiles, garlic, cilantro, onions, and jalapenos. Toss cream cheese with the cheeses mixture; set aside. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until set. Transfer to a wire rack to cool until warm but not hot. Invert onto a baking sheet. cover; refrigerate. Cut into squares. Serve as an appetizer or as part of a cheese plate.

Steps:
- Heat condensed milk in the top of a double boiler. Heat until very warm, but not boiling. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
- Turn out into a 9 inch x 9 inch square pan. Cool in the refrigerator until hardened (~1 hour). Using a sharp narrow knife, cut into 1x1 inch squares.
- Store in an airtight container in one layer.

Steps:
- Spray lightly the bottom of a 9 by 2-inch square pan with a nonstick spray.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the cheese and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and nuts.
- In a large bowl sift together the sugar and cocoa.
- Pour the cheese mixture into the sugar and cocoa mixture and stir until completely mixed.
- The candy will be very stiff.
- Using your hands, remove candy from bowl and press evenly and firmly into pan.
- Because of the amount of butter in this recipe, pat the top of the candy with a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
- Place pan in refrigerator until candy is firm.
- To serve candy, cut into squares.
- Enjoy!

- Grease a 9x13" baking pan.
- Spread 1/2 of the grated cheeses on the bottom.
- Cover with the chiles.
- Top with the other half of the cheeses.
- Mix eggs with mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over cheese.
- Bake@ 375 for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
TEXAS FUDGE RECIPE

- Mix shredded cheese's together. Press 1/2 of cheese into 9 inch pan. Place green chile's on top of first layer. Place second layer of the cheese over green chiles layer. Beat 3 eggs and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Cut into squares and serve warm
