8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef
8 slices bacon
8 ounces sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  • Line a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with dried beef. Wrap the chicken breasts with the bacon strips and place the wrapped chicken breasts onto the beef. Mix together the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and pour evenly over the chicken.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 3 hours and enjoy, enjoy!

1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar chipped beef
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced button mushrooms
1/4 cup dry sauterne

Steps:

  • Crumble chipped beef and place in bottom of 9 by 13 baking dish.
  • Wrap bacon around chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Combine soup, sour cream, and cream cheese in blender or by electric mixer.
  • Add mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts in casserole.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  • Remove foil and add sauterne.
  • Cook uncovered another hour.

8 -10 slices bacon
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • In large casserole dish, place a layer of dried beef slices, slightly overlapping each other.
  • Wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of dried beef.
  • In a saucepan, heat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and undiluted mushroom soup.

1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
