BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

- Preheat oven to 350°. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Layer with chicken, wing sauce and salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese., Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 20-25 minutes. Serve with baguette slices.

BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
I first tried this buffalo chicken wing dip at my neighbor's picnic. A friend of theirs brought it and we munched on it all night til it was gone! I love this recipe for picnics, potlucks and tailgate parties. It's a much less messy way of enjoying chicken wings. My oldest son loves it. You can make it as spicy hot as you want...or leave it mild. It's best served warm, but you can also eat it cool.

- Preaheat oven top 350.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, celery and cheese.
- In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine cream cheese and salad dressing and stir until smooth. Stir in bottle of hot sauce ( don't have to use entire bottle if you want it milder). Pour heated mixture into bowl with chicken mixture. Stir to mix well.
- Pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly----make sure top doesn't get browned. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm OR cold-----tastes best warm--- with celery or other veggies and crackers.

- You can eat this cold, as is-- or heat it up.
- To heat: Bake in casserole dish at about 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until everything melts together.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon dressing mix. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk and remaining dressing mix. If desired, stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate until serving., In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese and wing sauce. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza crust dough and pat into a 14x12-in. rectangle. Cut into 24 squares., Place 1 rounded tablespoon chicken mixture on the center of each square. Pull corners together to enclose filling; pinch to seal. Place 1 in. apart on greased baking sheets, seam side down. Brush tops with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture., Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dressing.

CHICKEN WING DIP WITH A BITE
This is a recipe that I made quite often for my co workers, I still make it on occasion and send into the office as a treat. Have been asked so many times for the recipe that I thought maybe I should post it. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Cook chicken tenders in broth and water until tender; While tenders are cooking shred Cheddar Cheese.
- 2. Microwave Cream Cheese until softened, add dressing, 12 oz. of BBQ Sauce and Cheddar Cheese. Mix throughly.
- 3. When chicken is done and cooled either shread or chop in small pieces and add to the mixture. Place mixture in insert from small crock pot and put in oven on 325 for 25 minutes or till cheese is melted and bubbles at the side. Place insert back in crockpot ,set on warm, drizzle more BBQ sauce on top and serve warm with Tostito's Scoops or Corn Chips-
