My mother and i run a restaurant. In milton Ind. This is a recipe we made alot.Every one loved it .

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cup(s) cooked chicken breast
2 can(s) mixed vegetables
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
8 ounce(s) sour cream
1 - large can cream of chicken
1 box(es) stove top stuffing

Steps:

  • Cook chicken until tender about 2 or 3 chicken breasts.Cut in bite-size pieces.Combine soup,sour cream,salt ,pepper,mix veg, and chicken mix together.Spray baking pan .Pour in baking dish 9=13 inch.top with prepared stove top dressing. Bake at 350. 45 min or until brown and filling is bubbleing.

4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
paprika
1/4 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 t curry powder
1 cup sour cream light
1 cup sliced mushrooms -that have been sauteed
1/2 ounce slivered almonds

Steps:

  • 1. season chicken with seasonings. melt butter in skillet over medium high heat and brown chicken on both sides. transfer to large baking dish. 2. combine soup and curry and pour over chicken. bake one hour. remove chicken and cut into pieces. stir sour cream, sauteed mushrooms, and almonds into sauce. return chicken to dish. spoon sauce over chicken. 3. bake in 350 degree oven till browned.

Grandma Shirley's Chicken

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 pieces Chicken Cutlets
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
22 ounces Chicken Broth
1 cup White Wine
1 tablespoon Flour
1 pound Sliced Mushrooms
1 pound Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
5 cloves Chopped Garlic, Onion, &/or Shallots

Steps:

  • Soak Chicken Cutlets in 2 beaten eggs with small amount of water.
  • Coat Cutlets with Seasoned Bread Crumbs.
  • Brown well in butter & oil.
  • Remove cutlets from pan and place in large baking dish.
  • In the fry pan, brown chopped garlic, onion &/or shallot in a little oil.
  • Add Chicken Broth, White Wine and Flour. Cook to thicken.
  • Pour the sauce over the Chicken Cutlets.
  • Add the Sliced Mushrooms to the baking dish.
  • Cook for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
  • Sprinkle Mozzerella Cheese over the Cutlets.
  • Bake until melted.
