A hearty soup featuring chicken and vegetables simmers in the slow cooker while you're away. Just stir in the pasta when you get home!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except pasta in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in pasta. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Steps:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. Stir in chicken stock, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, thyme, rosemary and bay leaves; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks. Stir in pasta and chicken into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
CREAMY CROCKPOT CHICKEN WITH PASTA
This is a very easy and flavorful pasta dish. I love cooking in the crockpot, and coming home to the smell of dinner when I've been gone all day!

- 1. Place sliced, frozen chicken in the bottom of a crockpot. Cut butter and cream cheese into pieces, and add them, along with the cream of chicken soup and Italian seasoning mix, to the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 6 hours, stirring periodically to mix sauce together.
- 2. When ready to serve, boil pasta until it's cooked to your liking. Drain (don't rinse) and toss the pasta and chicken/sauce mixture together.
- 3. Note** you can also use full chicken breasts. Just shred the chicken after cooking time, add it back into sauce, then mix with the cooked pasta.
CHICKEN LINGUINE SOUP - CROCK POT
Easy chicken noodle soup, good for the soul! (chicken parts can be used, all chicken drumsticks works well, frozen and skin removed, as in the photo, and use whatever veggies you have on hand.)

- Cut chicken into pieces, remove skin, freeze until firm, arranged in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place veggies in the bottom of 4 quart.
- crock pot, top with frozen chicken pieces.
- Blend chicken broth, wine, soy sauce, Tabasco, ginger and salt, pour over chicken pieces, cover.
- Cook at low setting for 8 hours, remove chicken from bones, discarding bones and any fat, dice meat, return meat to pot, add dry linguine pieces and poultry seasoning, cook a further 30 minutes.

SLOW-COOKER GOLDEN CHICKEN PASTA
Steps:
- Turn a slow cooker to low and coat it with cooking spray.
- Heat the oil and butter in a saute pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Increase the heat, cooking them until all the liquid is evaporated and the mushrooms are browned, working in batches if necessary. Add the vegetable broth and cook until the liquid is somewhat reduced. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Place the chicken, mushroom soup, cream cheese, dressing mix, black pepper and the mushroom mixture in the slow cooker and stir lightly to disperse the ingredients. Cover and cook all day, about 8 hours.
- Just before serving: Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Serve the chicken with the pasta and garnish with the Parmesan and parsley.
