Yield 4-6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 chicken cut up/or just breasts & thighs with skin & deboned.
seasoned flour + 2Tbl flour
1 stick butter + 2Tbl butter
1 cup chicken stock/ or broth
1 cup Rose or White wine
1/2 cup sliced long green onions
1 cup sliced canned mushrooms
1 cup canned artichoke halves

Steps:

  • Dust chicken with seasoned flour & melt butter in shallow baking pan. Place chicken in pan, (Skin side down) Bake uncovered in 375 oven for 30 min.Meanwhile melt 2 Tbl butter in sauce pan with 2 Tbl flour, cook for a few min & then add stock & wine- stir until thickened & smooth. Remove chicken from oven &turn pieces over & sprinkle with onions, mushrooms, & artichokes. Pour sauce over all & return to oven for 20 min or so.

You could also make beef burgundy by subsituting beef tips and red wine.

1 lb. - bite size chicken cubes
3/4 cup(s) white cooking wine
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) french onion soup

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in covered dutch oven and bake 2-3 hrs. at 325 degrees. Serve over noodles..very tender!
