Steps:
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Return chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
