QUICK CHEX MIX CANDY

Steps:

• Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine.
• Microwave on high for 1 minute Take out and stir until blended.
• Return to high setting until boiling (about 2 1/2 min).
• Cook 3 minutes longer.
• Add Rich Chex.
• Spread out on cookie sheet and cool.
• Break into pieces.
• *Can add nuts when mixing with Chex.

GLUTEN-FREE CANDY CANE CRUNCH CHEX™ PARTY MIX

Steps:

• Line large rimmed cookie sheet with waxed paper. In large bowl, add cereal.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave chips uncovered on Medium (50%) 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring after a minute, until chips are melted and smooth. Stir in half of the crushed peppermint candy.
• Pour over cereal, mixing to coat. Spread mixture in single layer on cookie sheet, separating any larger clumps. Immediately sprinkle with remaining candy. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Gently break up coated cereal.

Steps:

• 1; open all bags. 2; have a big salad bowl to mix in. 3: mix and enjoy serves as many as you want!!!!

COLLEEN HOFFER'S CANDY COATED CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Put white chips and oil in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave for another minute and stir until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until coated. Cool on wax paper. Crumble and store in airtight container.

RICE CHEX CANDY

Steps:

• Combine Chex cereal, almonds and coconut in a very large mixing bowl. Set aside.
• Combine butter, corn syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan.
• Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture reaches 235°F (soft ball stage).
• Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla; stir well.
• Pour candy mixture over cereal mixture. Stir until well combined.
• Spread on wax paper to cool.
• Store cooled candy in an airtight container.
• This candy freezes remarkably well!
• It makes a pretty gift given in a jar or cellophane bag tied with a ribbon.
• It's very sweet and highly addictive!

• Stir.
• Microwave 5-10 minutes longer until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
• Add vanilla and baking soda; stir.
• Pour over cereal mixture.

CHEX CANDY

Steps:

• Melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips together. Add cereal, stir gently to cover and coat all of it. Put into grovery bag, cover with confectioners sugar. Close bag and shake well to cover candy mix.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CANDY CANE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Place cereal in a very large bowl - the biggest one you have. Pour crushed candy canes on top of the cereal. (I crush my candy canes in the food processor - it is quick and it pulverizes the candy canes!)
• Melt candy coating according to instructions on the package. Add the peppermint oil to the candy coating and pour over cereal. Stir until all the cereal is coated. Pour cereal on wax or parchment paper and allow to harden. Once the cereal has hardened, break into pieces and enjoy!
