CHERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
Want something to soothe your tummy? This cherry banana smoothie was made for the job: bananas are natural laxatives and contain prebiotics to supplement your gut's good bacteria. Cherries provide acid to improve digestion, and yogurt is a probiotic that supplements the good bacteria in your digestive tract.
