Steps:
- Place all ingredients except the tomatoes and olive oil in a blender; blend until smooth. This may take a little while since the dip is pretty thick. Add a little more lemon juice to thin it out only slightly if you need to.
- Place in a flat serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then spread the tomato pieces on top,and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
- Enjoy!

- In a large skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumble meat; drain. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the beans, salsa, cheeses and olives. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with chips.

- Combine cheeses, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt in a small bowl; beat until smooth.
- You could also do this in a food processor.
- Stir in the chopped olives; pulse in lightly if using food processor.
- Pack into a small serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavours blend.
- Garnish with additional sliced green olives if you wish and serve with an assortment of crackers and raw veggies.
