1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
1 jar (4 oz.) pimentos, well drained, chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. cilantro for later use. Mix cream cheese and CHEEZ WHIZ in medium bowl until blended. Add remaining cilantro and all other remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Garnish with reserved cilantro.

2 cups freshly grated sharp Cheddar
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces diced pimientos, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
Crackers and assorted crudités, for serving

Steps:

  • Add the Cheddar, cream cheese, pimientos, mayonnaise, onion powder, cayenne, garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until it is well combined and fluffy, about 1 minute. Salt to taste.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the chives. Serve with crackers and assorted crudités.

4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup grated pecorino romano
2 tablespoons yellow onion, grated
3 jars pimentos, diced, drained
¼ cup kalamata olive, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
cracker, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the cheddar, cream cheese, Pecorino-Romano, olive oil, and grated onion until evenly combined.
