CHEETOS CHICKEN
If you love those cheesy corn snacks that leave your fingers bright orange, then you have to try this recipe! The Nacho Cheese and Flamin' Hot varieties are especially good here. Make sure you use the "crunchy" ones, not the "puffs".

Steps:
- Place the "Cheesies" in your food processor and process into small crumbs. Add the Parmesan Cheese and pour onto a plate.
- Coat chicken breasts in flour & salt.
- Combine egg & water. Beat until well combined. Dip floured Chicken in egg mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the Cheesie crumbs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet (I use cooking spray).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350° until chicken is cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness of meat).

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the cheese puffs to a food processor and grind to fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, 1/4 cup of the cheese puff crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper with your hands until combined. Press the chicken mixture into the baking dish, creating an even layer. Bake until the chicken is cooked, 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then turn out onto a cutting board and cut into 4-by-1/2-inch sticks.
- Meanwhile, fill a heavy skillet or a Dutch oven halfway with oil. Heat over medium-high heat until a deep-frying thermometer registers 350 degrees F.
- Put the flour, eggs and remaining cheese puff crumbs in separate shallow dishes. Season the flour with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip each chicken stick first in the flour, then in the egg, then in the crumbs.
- Add the sticks to the hot oil a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry, turning frequently, until crispy, about 1 minute. Remove to a paper-towel lined plate. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
CHEETOS FRIED CHICKEN
Steps:
- In a deep pot heat the peanut oil to 325 degrees F. Do not fill the pot more than ½ full with oil.
- In a food processor pulse flamin hot cheetos until they are like the consistency of flour. In a bowl, whisk together flamin hot cheetos, flour, corn starch, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt until completely blended.
- In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip the chicken in the egg, and then coat well in the flour mixture. Place the chicken in the preheated oil and fry the chicken in the oil until brown and crisp. Chicken should cook for approximately 11-13 minutes.
- Drain chicken on wired baking sheet and lightly salt as soon as you pull it out of the oil.
- NOTE: For extra crispy fried chicken, as pictured, adjust step 6 by dredging chicken directly in flour mixture, then egg, then flour mixture again before placing in the hot oil.
FLAMIN' HOT CHEETOS CHICKEN TENDERS?
i always love chicken tenders,so i create this recipe,with a hot taste of flamin hot cheetos,it great on po-boy sandwiches.

- 1. In a large bowl,combine buttermilk,sriracha,blue cheese dressing,red pepper flakes and jalapeno pickling liquid;whisk together until blended.
- 2. Season chicken tenders with creole seasoning.
- 3. Place chicken tenders into buttermilk mixture,mix well.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.Marinade for 4 hours.
- 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil;place a cooling rack on top and sprayed with cooking spray.
- 5. Take the chicken tenders out the bowl of buttermilk mixture,onto a large ziplock bag.
- 6. Add crushed flamin' hot cheetos into the bag of chicken tenders.Seal and shake the bag to coat thoroughly.
- 7. Remove from the bag;place on the rack in a single layer.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear,about 15 minutes.
